Where do I begin!  I am honored to be part of the RE/MAX Select family for many reasons.  From the accessibility and knowledge of my wonderful Brokers 24/7, answering my many questions.  The great agents that make up the office and internal opportunities where we can talk about different topics; the educational and networking opportunities.  It is an office that really cares how we as agents do and that strives to help us be successful.  The office staff is excellent and professionalism exudes!  I wouldn't want to be anywhere else and I thank you for the opportunity to convey this.

Here's what I like:  All of our agents are experienced.  They've been in the business a long time and I can tell this to my clients when listing a house or dealing with them on a contract on our listings.  Our broker get rid of agents that don't follow the rules.  We have seen them do this over the years and I really like this.  You don't keep around people that can cause you a lot of grief legally, but for me, I don't have to be worried about being associated with a bad agent.  You keep the producing agents - not the non producing ones, that also makes us more valuable as a company to our marketplace.  Phyllis and Jim have been in the business a long time, they feel solid, they have been through many markets, they are not going anywhere.
They offer health insurance.  I love that!

We have 2 Broker/Owners that make themselves available at all times. They are hands on Brokers.  2 is better than 1.  Jim & Phyllis run a first rate company.  They are on top of the current market and keep us well informed.  Our meetings are educational and not a waste of time.  We have constant training to help our business.  We are encouraged to network and have events such as our wine and cheese night.  We have access to 3 different offices:  Leesburg, Ashburn and Sterling.  All of the offices have a very helpful staff.  We are affiliated with an excellent settlement company, Consumers First Settlements, which I liked before I became an agent for Select Properties.  You just can't ask for much more.
